As the title states I have purchased a sienna 11 le and just the day some debris on the black plastic part where the door slides. The metal arm slid across the plastic and all I heard was a scratching sound so I stop the door but the damage was done. The auto shop buffed the plastic a little but it dulled out the black and also didn't remove all the scratches. Its not that bad but the car is new so its a messed feeling knowing that its there. My question is there any way to remove the scratches or is it better to replace the plastic?exterior
