so i brought my new to me 2023 f250 in for peeling clear coat.. they repaired most places OK .. but some not great . i found another peeling area with clear coat on rubber window trim looks like a repair attempt from previous owner or crappy body shop work..
my questions ..
what can i use to remove clear from the rubber trim.? i have plastic scrappers and 70% alcohol..
also i have clear and paint pen from ford can i just light sand the edges then clear with the pen a few layer wet sand very light and then polish ? would that work?
also have some clear drip from factory how can i address that without making things worse ? can i just lightly compound then polish ?
