Bit difficult to tell from the pics, but I believe the second one captured what you're describing the best, and yes, it looks like orange peel to me.

Is this orange peel?
Hi, I recently got a paint job on a 1972 c10, I am wondering if this is orange peel or wavy paint. You cannot feel the texture, but when you look at the truck from far it looks very blurry. Im thinking its orange peel but not sure.
