I have 2 small rock chips that have surface rust (bought the car that way)
and I'd like to nip it in the bud while its manageable.
I was planning on using a dremel to sand the rust and surrounding paint to the metal and using a 3 step touch up paint scheme. After doing some research I'm thinking maybe I should aquire a sanding block instead.
Opinions?
the chip and surrounding rust is about the size of a pencil eraser.
