I used a rotary polisher for the first time today to clean up a 93 Taurus with silver paint. The story on this car; The car had been sitting for three years in my impound lot after being towed. After this I let it sit waiting for the owner, who never came.
I have now decided to sell it, but after the years of sitting, it looked pretty bad. I started around 930AM and ended around 1230PM with cleaning, polishing and hand waxing. Usually it would have taken all day to fix the damage, but with all the helpful reading on this site and a few how to articles I have this car looking much younger than it really is.
Again thanks to everyone that contributes to this site helping out the individual vehicle owner.
