  • Problems with G110

    So I have had my G110 since the end of summer, Probably have only done 7-8 full details and the other day in the middle of detailing a truck my buffer just stopped no burning smell nothing. I waited a min then turned it on again worked for a few seconds and stopped again. kept doing this off and on then it would work for 5-10 min at a time sometimes would turn itself on. Any one else have this problem or any suggestions

    Have you called customer care yet? Sounds like it's a bad one. I'm sure they will take care of it, and since you have only had it since the end of summer your warranty should still cover it.

      Sounds like your brushes are gunked up. Do not crack the case or attempt to have it repaired if it's still under warranty. Meguiars will swap it out for a new one if you don't tamper with the original.

        ok. No I have not talked to customer service yet. If I replace the brushes that they give you, they will not fix or replace it

          If you opened the polisher housing, then the warranty is voided. But even if you have done so, still contact Meguiars. They can be flexible regarding their products.

            I would not do anything to the machine until you talk to customer care.

              Well I finally called customer service and they said we are sorry for the delay but it will take up to 2 weeks before they have the new models in. So send back my old one and it will be replaced Seems the high for the next couple of weeks is only suppose to be 30 degrees, Im sure i can wait.. Even though a week ago when it stopped on me it was only 13degrees outside anyways thanks MEGUIARS

                  im a lil aggrivated right now ..... im going on 2 month wait now from when i sent mine it..... they keep telling me they dont have any!!!! EDIT
