Well, I was bored sitting around one day, and I have a 6" orbital buffer sitting around.
I put some velcro on the backing, and put an 8006 foam pad on. wow, bright idea!
Still though, I'm certain it can't work as well as a G100. am I correct on this. the way the G100 is setup, and the fact that it's a 2 handed machine means you would HAVE to be able to put more pressure on the machine/pad.
Is this correct?
I've noticed that it's great for applying polish and wax, etc, but it doesn't do much for removing swirls.
so it's a nice extra to have around, but doesn't do any real repair.
or am i just using it wrong, and a G100 won't help a buffoon like me?
