It is not a Meguiar's video. Meguiar's products are used but the video was not created by Meguiar's. It was produced by Mike Phillips and Richard Lin aka OctaneGuy on their days off.

You can get more information on their ShowCarGarage.com website. They also have a DVD coming out on how to use the rotary buffer as well as some other titles.

been hearing nothing but amazing things about it.

I have this video as well. It's really great! No matter how good you think you are with a PC, you're bound to pick up one or two tips at least from watching this DVD.
