What disinfectant is safe for hard plastic/fabric/delicate surfaces

As the titles goes, what is a safe product that disinfects an interior surface that guarantees not to discolour or damage plastic/pleather surfaces?

Does Meguiar's have a preferred product for this?

Would be a huge market opportunity if Meguiar's did such a product, in my opinion.

I don't think so. Non of their marketing or labels state it's able to disinfect.
