I have a Classic Flying Scott boat that has a Plexiglas windshield that is fogged and has a few scratches, I hear plastx is the product to use to correct this problem, has anyone else used it on Plexiglas? Should I use the same back and forth motion to apply and remove? Thanks for any input on this

Plastx on Plexiglas windshield?

I've never had any problems using PlastX on Plexiglas. Use a soft foam applicator pad to apply it, make sure the surface is clean first. After applying the PlastX, follow this up with an application of M10 Plastic polish and then maintain with M10 as a maintenance product. Remove both products using either soft clean microfibers or 100% cotton towels.
How about a picture of the boat, and also of the windshield?

And here's a picture of your very cool boat...
If you get a chance, e-mail me your phone number and I'll call you to talk about polishing out the Plexiglas windows on your boat. I have a lot of experience hand polishing and machine polishing plastics and I would be happy to discuss this with you over the phone if you like.

Love the boat by the way. I grew up water skiing behind a 1965 Hydroswift which was just a good all purpose fishing/water skiing boat, this and a fondness for the big block Chevy led me to this down the road a few years later...
While it worked great for water skiing, it didn't work very good for trolling...

A few times I tried to troll using this boat it was always pretty funny, about the only way we could do it was to turn the motor on and off and in-between glide from the burst of power.
Our poles would be completely bent over until the boat would slow down...
The engine idled radically at around 1500 to 1800 rpms and with 18% overdrive in the V-drive and a 11" by 17 pitch prop, it would run about 20 miles an hour at idle.
