My 2003 Yamaha Raptor's Body (I don't know what it's called on ATVs, skins maybe?) is Black Plastic. It is dulled majorly from sitting outside all of the time. Which product would be best for me to use to make it look shiny again?

Try Plastx and a foam applicator pad. You can even use it with the PC or G-100 if you have one around. -
