  • Success With Plast-X! (Pics Inside)

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and this was my first experience with a Meguiar's product and I am greatly impressed. Recently I decided to do something about my clouded up and oxidized headlights on my 1995 Ford Mustang GT.

    Before:

    After:

    Before (Close-Up):

    After (Close-Up):

    My Process Was:

    1000 Grit Sandpaper
    1500 Grit Sandpaper
    2000 Grit Sandpaper
    Plast-X Applied With Microfiber Towel

Overall I am more then impressed with the results

Very nicely done! And quite the intro to our product line as well.

awesome..its nice to see that even your a new member (although theres no doubt you know what you were doing), you were able to get excellent results with sand paper and PlastX. have you tried picking up the small wool pad that comes in the headlight restoration kit that you attach to a drill ? it makes things EVEN better ! anyway on a serious note, those headlights came out amazing. great work

ohh and how is driving at night now?

That's an excellent job! Proof positive that OTC products can get the job done!
