Detailer needed

Some deep scratches on my friends new lexus IS.
anybody here who can do this?
my friend is in LA in an apartment.
im going to attach more pirctures of the whole car.

from the looks of it, maybe its just the clear coat...

that looks deepr if your nail catches the scratch the most u can do is touch up paint

we already bought the touch up paint from the lexus dealer and some clear coat.
its just on one side of the car...from front side to almost the back as what it shows on the pictures.

can anyone give me an estimate if you will do the touch up of the paint with clear coat?
i know it should have a curing time of at least 2-3 days just for the touch up paint, and another maybe 2 days curing time for the clear coat.
