The *Essentials* Kit for Meguiar's G100 Holiday Package Deal Extended!
placed the order for this along with plenty of other things...
got my shipment but no g-100 kit - apparently it's backordered. there goes my weekend extreme makeover attempt.
i wonder how long it'll take to get back in stock...
anyone having this problem?
Something doesn't sound right about this. Customer Care is open right now, at 1-800-347-5700 and tell them what's happened, and even direct them to this thread and let's see if we can find out what's happening.

I called and they said that they aren't sure of the specific reason for the backorder - probably 1 or 2 missing items. It could also be the holidays (incl Thanksgiving) that there is an item missing.
They hope my kit is ready within a week, and I should get it within 2 days after they get it.
Now is just a waiting game.
I JUST WANT TO DETAIL MY CAR IN THIS 40 DEGREE WEATHER (jk)

couldnt' wait and called Costumer Care - the detailing clay is the one that they have on backorder. it should be coming in today and the items should go out tomorrow and get to me by Thursday/Friday!
