Am I on the right track?

Well, next summer I decided instead of working at the Wal-mart distribution center I would pursue my goal of starting up a car detailing business. In the upcoming weeks I will head down to town hall and fill out the proper paper work, or should I wait a lil longer before I do that?

Also, I had my brother in Law start up my website, I checked the name and everything is clear. I'm just going to fill in the information later as time goes on. Here is the website so far, only the homepage

the Mf is my name but just abbreviated.

As winter starts up I figured that I would start designing business cards with the website and what not.

I was just wondering if you guys had any input on what to do next?
