I have a couple of jobs coming up where I would really like to bring on some help for them. I read through employee issues people were having in the Break Room section, but what I would like to know is how you are compensating your extra set of hands, hourly, per job, commission, etc. Please be specific as I want to make sure I understand everyones methods and hopefully this helps others looking at bringing on some part time help.
