I used to tell my friends how good the meguiars and even show them some pics from the extreme makeover but when he sent his car them himself the meg told him that they can fix the oxidation but it will come back even if taken care of properly thats like saying they could only hide the paint temporarily

The oxidation don look so bad because the cars from the extreme make over looked worse

actually i send my car with minor oxidation and they cant fix it but in this forum i saw worst oxidation repair,

One of them lied to me into buying a paint cleaner that it could remove watterspots and scratches so i bought the meg body scrub

I just hope not all of them are bad coz i noe some had detailing courses.

I wish the workers there could duplicte what you guys did in this forum

Since they are the authorised dealer they didnt mention of any moneyback gurantee?

I got a bad batch of color X. It had water and no matter how hard i shook it it won't mix same thing happed with my nxt. 1st meg product the body scrub is in better shape than my nxt and color x. I bought it a long time ago so i dout i could replace it beacuse i didnt know it was a bad batch until i read about it in this forum

Sounds like the dealership either has an agreement with the Zymol shop or this one particular individual had a bad experience one time at the Meguiar's shop. Hey, it could happen, and people are quick to judge based on a single bad experience. And don't forget, "bad" is purely subjective.

I find it hard to believe that the brand of products can be so directly correlated with worker performance. The Meguiar's guy at my garage-- me-- always does top notch work.

Doesn't sound like Meguair's historical way of doing things, which is the right way the first time. Tim's probably right in that there's either a backroom deal going on which is the norm, or could be the guy has an axe to grind, regardless, anyone that knows anything at all knows our products perform as stated and our company tends to attract people that are passionate about cars, two things that lead to success.

Maybe you can e-mail myself the details and we'll forward that to upper management.

Unfortunately i just know when buying my new car the dealer wanted to wash the car at a reputable shop before handing it to me he sent me to zymol shop and i ask why not meguiars,

1. the zymol car saloon use filtered water
2. The workers are more professional than meguiars because they are honest and dont give false promises that they can fix sumthin eventhough they cant

My salesman said meguiars are good products too bad the workers are not good enough so to those who wnats to start a business take care of your reputation

Have you visited the Meguiar's Detailing shop in your area or are you only going by the comments of a salesman at a car dealership? If you have not visited the shop, your comments are nothing more than hearsay based on the comments from a car salesman/dealer. Is it possible that the dealer has a business arrangement with the Zymol detailing shop???

Have you had work done by this shop that was unsatisfactory? If so, what did they do wrong?

It would be prudent that before making a statement like you have that you actually visit the shop yourself and see for yourself rather than taking the word of someone who may have their own agenda or business arrangement with the other shop... .
