On average, how many vehicles can a 32oz container of #83 be used on before the bottle is empty? What about a gallon container? I want to make sure the 32oz can handle plenty of cars.

My simple answer would be "depends". How much defect is there? How many applications will it require?
I have done numerous cars with the 12 oz sample bottles, but I have also had cars where I have used more in certain areas to remove the swirls present. (not more than 12oz...just more than on cars with less swirls)
You should be able to handle plenty of vehicles with the 32.... -
When in dought buy the gallon. Plus it's more economical, good for detailers and body shops. Just get a few empty dispenser bottles and your set.
