my brothers inside fender wells were sprayed with the bedliner stuff, and the guy did a poor job and oversprayed and got some on the springs, and shocks etc. is there any products that will remove this?

Have you tried contacting the person who prayed it in or any Rhino liner installer?

I think you can get it off with DYNOMITE -

I got first hand experience in this topic. Get it off ASAP hopefully within the first 24 hours. Its not easy to get this stuff off. Plan on using a plastic razor blade if it is on a painted surface. The whole idea of the Polyurea makes the liner more chemical resistant, especially to organic oils and solvents.

Here is some info on the spray on bedliners......

        1. LINE-X's temperature tolerance is 250 degrees and Rhino's is 175. As the temperature of the bed approaches the temp tolerance, it loses its strength.

        3. Polyurea also makes for a tougher liner. The tear strength of LINE-X is 304 pounds per linear inch (pli). Rhino is 145 pli.

        4. Polyurea sets up very fast, that's one reason why LINE-X goes on with heat and high pressure. LINE-X dries in about 4 seconds, so you get an even application throughout the bed. Rhino takes a minute or so to even gel, an hour or so to dry. Before it gels, gravity can pull the liner from the top ridges in to the low valleys. Rhino’s Tuff Stuff goes on cold/low pressure and thus has that “cottage cheese” or “rain on the windshield” look. LINE-X’s high heat/high pressure system gives it a very nice finished and more consistently applied texture, it’s sort of like an orange peel. The dealer can vary the texture from smooth to very rough.

I managed to get the overspray off my truck on the painted surface, but this is NOT coming off. You can not see this unless you really get down and look, but its the whole idea of TAPING AREAS OFF!!!! Now this is OVERSPRAY!

          Awesome information!

I have removed splatter from the back of cabs and truck beds but it really isnt easy.

We sanded it off and did go through the paint before.

I know this is somewhat of a late reply, however, any product designated as a Cosmoline remover will take off the bedliner overspray fairly easily. By this I mean, it's similiar to wiping polish off a car. I have only used the remover to take off fresh overspray and not overspray that has been allowed to really harden on the vehicle. If you happen to get the cosmoline remover on the freshly sprayed bedliner, it shouldn't remove the bedliner because there is traditionally a sealer applied over the "black" part. Only the unsealed overspray comes off.

There are a couple of companies that I know of that make such a product, but, I'm not sure if Meguiars is one of them. The directions on some of the removers say to dilute the product but I have used it concentrated without any adverse effects. Just remember to rinse the vehicle well after you remove the overspray/apply the remover and to wash it well after that to neutralize any of the remover left on the vehicle.

Thanks! I swear by the stuff on the body line down and the fender flares. Ever since I put the suspension life and 35" BFG A/Ts on my truck I was getting bad chipping along the lower body line and adding fender flares that were painted to match the truck, the clear got sanded off in a hury and there were all pitted and nasty looking. I knew it was going to be that way 6 months later if I got it painted so I had it all coated with Rhino. I really like it on black trucks because its less to clean, polish, wax. It looks nice. Up close it looks real nice and at 10-15' back it almost blends in with the truck. In my eyes it make it look like the truck is a little higher. I dont know why, but it is.
The best thing I did was took Tim's advise and purchased ASD and use that on it. That sure give it a nice deep gloss shine that lasts!

                This is before
