I have an 04 black z71 with the factory clear coated wheels and they stains on them from what appears to be the spray on tire foam. I tried several different things to get it off but no success, could you reccomend anything?

I have tried the all metal polish, clear plastic cleaner and polish and even scratchX with no results.Comment

If a paint cleaner like ScratchX did not remove the defect or improve it in any way, the it would appear the stain effect is to permanent and/or deep into the clear paint to fix.
Did you work the ScratchX aggressively against the clear paint?

What kind of tire foam permantly etches your rims? I dont want to use that stuff
