  • QD VS Last Touch

Anyone try last touch and like it better than the QD in the maroon bottle.
I have a show car and have to detail it in the blazing hot sun.
I have had good results with the QD but would like to buy in gallon container. Will last touch look as good as the QD go on a hot surface and remove easy without streaking.
If anyone has had first hand experience with it I would like to hear your opinion on it.

IMO Last Touch should only be used on a cool surface... I tend to get lots of streaks on a warm surfaces. I always pull my truck in the garage let it cool then go with the LT. Also a little goes a long ways!

I agree with gb387, Last Touch works best cool. I would rather use Quik Detailer in the sun than LT.

#34 Final Inspection come in gallons and is nearly identical to QD. I've never noticed any functional difference between them. #34 is my normal "go to" QD.

IMHO, the NXT Speed Detailer works best on warm surfaces. Also using a Supreme Shine MF towel helps avoid streaking on warm surfaces.

Thanks guy's guess I will just stay with the QD I have good results with it just wanted to buy in bigger containers but I can get 32oz. bottles at local Autozone. I buy several of those at a time. I also recently tried a QD called bead X and it worked very good and it is available in 1 & 5 gallon containers I may buy some of that for next summer.
