  • Car Cover/Canopy

Are these a good investment? Which is best, any downside to either? I only have parking under trees and I hate seeing the car dirty. I wash weekly and try and use a speed detailer often but that cant keep it clean long. Any tips, what do you guys do if you have **** parking?

I have stopped using my car cover during the summer. Just because it is a hassle for one person to put it on and take it off with a polished car. The cover slips all over the place but that is a very small hassle compared to the benefit that comes with a cover. I keep my car in the garage all year. If I did drive it during the sunny days I would use it always to block the UV rays and all the dust that floats in the air from where I park at work.

I immediately clean off any bird droppings because it will mar the finish. If it is dried I will use Meg's bug and tar remover, cleaned after by some Last Touch. My son let some dry on his hood and after I cleaned it off a normal eye can't tell where it was but I can look closer and see the marred area where it was.
