  • Wax While Drying

    Hi,

I hear Armor All has a new product out called Wax-It-Dry Gel. Is this any good?

Can a car be waxed while it is dryed and if so how well does that work?

I did some checking and found Wax-It-Dry is just a carnuba based product, so I know it won't be as good as the Nxt Tech Liquid Wax I use, but I am currious as to whether or not to get this or something like it.

I hear meguiar's makes a wax you can use while drying too.

      Thanks for the info.

I am actually sticking with the Nxt Tech Wax Liquid and Spray right now, but a friend of mine gave me the Armor All Power system.

It has Power Wash Gel and Wax-It-Dry.

I have tried the Power Wash Gel and it did okay, but the Nxt and Gold Class Car Wash both did much better!!!

Besdies, In My Opinion, washing without a bucket is a bad idea. I now use the 2 bucket method, 2 grit guards, 2 mitts.

I have found I get superior results. Last time I waxed I used DuPont ****** Carnuba stuff, then when I did another car I used Nxt Tech Wax Spray (I was later told I should have used the liqud or the paste).

I bought the Liquid Nxt Wax today it was about $15.50 at AutoZone in the 18 oz bottle. I found the Nxt Stuff to be much better than both the DuPont and the Gold Class Carnuba Waxes.

I waxed my alloy wheels 2 weeks ago with the Nxt Tech Wax Spray after removing the brake dust and road grime. I got a break job and yesterday I noticed all sorts of break dust and road grime... Amazingly, none of it was stuck to the alloy. It all hosed away with no effor at all!!!

Nxt Tech Wax Liquid is my favorite.

Thanks for letting me know about the Quck Wax and to expect straking if I use Wax-It-Dry. I have not used the Wax-It-Dry yet, so I will probably re-gift it. give it to another friend.
