    Are there car washe soaps like Eagle One, or Mr. Clean out there that strip the wax off your car?

    I don't use the above car washes, (I use Meguiar's ), so I cannot speak for them or against them. As far as stripping wax of paint goes, it depends on the wax and the soap being used. Some waxes are low in quality and could be just about any soap solution would act to dissolve and loosen them off the finish, others are fairly detergent resistant and resists being dissolved and/or emulsified off the finish.

    The best thing to do is to find a company in which you feel you can place your trust in their name.

      If you want to remove old wax use a bar of detailer's clay on the vehicle. Always a good idea to clay anyhow to properly clean the finish.
      It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to have to detail all of it.
