    Well, looks like you got cut off a bit, but I have had good success with using TarX before washing.

    Meguiars has the Liquid Clay out, but havent gotten to try it yet.

    But the new tar remover sprays seem to do a good job.

        I know Meguiar's has a great product line to help out but I use simple, old fashioned MINERAL SPIRITS and a white terry cloth rag. Downside is your re-doing the whole car from scratch but that's my yearly process anyway. They use that cold patch asphalt repair on our roads here all winter and spring so our cars and covered!!!

        EDIT: DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF THINNERS AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PAINT!!!! Ughhh, mod's, maybe remove this post all together just i case....
