How can i make my silver metalic car shine?

Hello,how to make my car shine?I was thinking about polishing it with meg. Ultimate polish and the wax it or?But what wax(liquid,solid) or sealent should i use to achive gloss and to protect my paint as much as possible.I will do that by hand.
My car is iridium silver w212
