  • waxed fresh paint too soon?

Hey all, i just got my truck resprayed about 23 days ago, without doing much research i did polish the truck and finished with yellow tech wax, after this i saw that waiting at least 30 days to wax is what should be done. i waxed the car after 20 days or so. what should i do? am i ok? or should i take of the wax with my DA polisher and some swirl remover or paint cleaner

I would just leave it alone. You will probably be ok. Working new paint with a DA, swirl remover, cleaner, etc. is just asking for trouble.

We would suggest contacting the company which painted the vehicle for their proper care recommendations and asking how long they suggest waiting before waxing. We have seen 30 to 60 to 90 days.
