  • Is dCPC the least agressive paint cleaner

In my collection of cleaners, i have M80, MPPC, and DCPC,which of the three is the least aggresive to use on my cars, the paint is in A1 conditon, i really just want to try #16 and want to strip the NXT wax off. im leaning towards the DCPC,then 2X #16,oh and i will use my G100. if i do use DCPC can i skip step 2 and go straight to my #16.

The DCPC is the least aggressive of all Meguiar's paint cleaners.

If finish on all your cars is acceptable to you, then use the DCPC then go straight to wax.

With the Megs microfiber applicator i can use the cleaner on my hood, and be done in 5 or 8 minutes.

I work it pretty quickly, cleans nice with the MF applicator.

I pretty much use these applicators for everything, they are the greatest little gismos hahahah

            Just to chime in.....

I've used DCPC by hand, and by G100, and the G100 gave me the best results.

I haven't used the MF applicator yet though.

The DCPC will work alot quicker. It isnt designed to remove swirls, has no diminishing abrasives, or abrasives at all.

DCPC held up very well when I buffed the product at the 5 setting.........I mean it didn't dry out too fast. I must have buffed the area for at least a minute or two.

I guess you could say that it works similar to #80.

Here's a picture of a car I did with DCPC and the PC......
