Is it ok to use the MF Correction Compound, Polish, and Finishing Compound on a clear mask?

If it's clear plastic, use clear plastic cleaner, and clear plastic polish. -

Whoa.. hold on a second... I have an Xpel clear mask around the entire front of my 4runner hood and all. Xpel is very clear in their documentation on what to use to clean it and what not to use. Do you know the producer of the mask you have? If you do, I would contact them. If you can't get any information from the manufacturer at least do a test spot in an out of the way area and see how it turns out.

Ha whoops I thought he was talking about a plastic part, I think if your talking about those clear shields for car paint, I think you can polish them like clear coat.Comment
