  • Can you use wax after using UWWA?

    Hey all,

Due to the drought conditions here in CA, I'm using the waterless car wash to wash my car now and wanted to if you can still use wax after the UWWA. I know that this product has wax in it, but can you still top it off with a spray wax or even a liquid/paste wax? Or will it be a waste to put a separate wax on after? I wanted to know because I wanted add more protection to my car w/o doing the traditional wash. Thanks!

    Yes, that's fine.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Not only can you apply wax after using UWWA, you should do so. When people use more traditional bucket wash methods they often apply a spray wax during the drying process, even though they still use a liquid or paste wax regularly (4x/year). Using UWWA is sort of the same concept except it applies that extra protection in the wash process itself.

I use GCQW after UWWA for fantastic results! UWWA does the cleaning and mild "sealing", if you will, but the small amount of carnauba in UWWA is boosted nicely by the GCQW. The next day, when there may be small spots or whatever, I just use the UWWA alone to touch up. The two products go really well together, in my experience.
