  • Have some of my products gone bad?

#1 Medium-Cut cleaner and #9 Swirl Remover 2.0 are as thin as water. And yes I've shaken the bottles. Have they just gone bad from age? Is there a set shelf life? #1 has code A7091SSQC and #9 is C8181PBDH.

Have they been subjected to extreme temperatures eg: frozen in winter in the garage? They usually don't hold up too well to those conditions.

Apart from that, I think the general rule of thumb for shelf life is 5-6 years, though I've heard some people get 10 years plus..

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

No extreme temperatures. Odd that a bottle of Heavy Cut cleaner is just fine.

How long have you had them?

An idea that SOMETIMES works...take a long screwdriver and GENTLY (those bottles are easy to poke thru) stir up the bottom stuff.

You may have a hard layer on the bottom and shaking just doesn't work well enough.
