Can polymer sealant be used on glass? Or would you recommend a wax or rainx

    Re: glass sealing.

Although I haven't used that particular sealant on glass, I'd say yes.

I have applied a few different sealants / waxes to glass with no issues.

*EDIT* for best results, wash and clay the glass first.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Personaly, I get good results with wash/clean, clay, glass cleaner, then RainX (2 coats for me).

I'll use the UQW after washes, and overspray everything and wipe, but do get some smearing on the glass.

Agree with this. I have not used that sealant on glass. You could use rainx instead. I have used ultimate quik wax but the last couple of times it has caused my wipers to chatter and some slight smearing. I am currently testing a ceramic glass glass coating. So far I like it a lot.

I enjoy Larry's video on glass cleaning tips. He gets a little more extreme but you get the idea. You will be fine more often then not by doing what davey has mentioned.

Haha, overboard Larry. Respect, but sometimes he needs to hold on a little bit before he goes crazy.
