Road Paint Overspray on Trim and Top

Hello-

I have white road paint overspray on the plastic trim and hard top on me Jeep. The hardtop is textured plastic and has black paint (no clear coat) and the trim is unpainted black plastic. Looking for some help to remove the paint.

Happened to me one time and I had to remove the road paint by ice scraper. It took hours but it worked.

This works on hard surface only.
