It's a bit hard to tell from this image, but if those are lumps in the product then it's a good indication it could have been exposed to prolonged extreme heat during shipping. Unfortunately, the only way to get this product from the manufacturing facility in the USA to you in Thailand is via cargo ship, and that means at a certain time of year this can happen. You should be able to return it to the place of purchase for a replacement.
In all honesty, however, this really doesn't look bad at all. When a product does go completely bad, while it would be difficult to work with if you decided to proceed with it, it certainly wouldn't hurt or damage anything. You might want to give this a try before attempting to take it back. We're willing to bet it will still work just fine.Michael Stoops
