Hi guys, I'm cracking over what washing regiment to use for my ride. There's really quite a lot of amazing products from Meguiars and I'm wondering which one to use.
For my new ride, I had already given it a wash and applied M21 when I got it. However, with the plethora of products, it got me thinking whether should I change the way I wash, and certainly would love to hear your thoughts on it.
The old regiment that I used was basically:
1) A good wash, using gold class wash once a week
2) After 1-2 months, give it a good wash and apply M21 onto it
In between, if there's bird droppings or something, I'll just remove it and do a wash again. This worked when I was staying in a house, but I've since moved to an apartment. So my thoughts were, should I use the above regiment, or should I go for something like this:
1) A good wash using Ultimate wash and wax once a week
2) After 1-2 months, give it a good wash and apply M21
In between, if there's bird droppings or bits that I'd need to remove, I could use Ultimate Wash and Wax anywhere.
The question I had was if I used the Ultimate wash and wax, or the Ultimate wash and wax, how would it affect the M21 when I apply it, and how would it's durability be affected.
The bit on the UWWA had been answered in another thread (thanks C8N!), but should I use Ultimate wash and wax, or should I just stick to gold class?
Mainly the whole concern is about the durability of the M21 after having used UWWA or the ultimate wash and wax for weekly washing.
