I received my new water magnet in the mail today as promised. I had bought a new one, washed and used it once and it was starting to fray. Well thanks to their wonderful customer service there were no hassel. Just send a pic of it and that was it. Makes me wonder now why I didnt choose them 20 years ago. Cuz there product and customer service are the best. U don't see it anymore where they actually value EVERY single customer, where most places don't care if they lose ur business. I was hoping tho they were gonna send me a couple extra products like I've seen and heard them do to many others, but I'm not complaining.

100% agree! I bought a G110v2 buffer from amazon had my truck washed and clayed and ready for UC. Had my pad ready to go, went to switch on the buffer and nothing. Switched out the brushes and still nothing. Called Meguiars and they sent me a new buffer no questions asked even though I got it off a retailer on amazon.
