Can I use UW and had or ww anywhere on exo coating?
Hi, I m planning to send my car to do gtechniq exo coating this weekend..
anyone tried before?
can I still use my current meguair product after the coating?
Re: Can I use UW and had or ww anywhere on exo coating?
I have no experience with gteching exo but from what I read you can too it with any of your favorite LSP's even though you don't need it. Maybe a spray wax every now and then.
We beg to differ. You can indeed use any wax or sealant on top of a coating, but you don't really need to. EXO is very hydrophobic on it's own, so if you top it with a wax that isn't hydrophobic you'll actually lose some of that quality, and what's the point in that?
You're better off using Gtech silo or car pro hydro2 or reload for coated cars
As much as it pains us to say this, we agree. If you're having Gtechniq EXO applied to the car, then staying within their brand and using Silo as a maintenance product is probably the best thing to do.
