hello,
today i detailing the hood.

The
processe :
1. Washing the hood + drying
2. Clay
3. Polish:
Compound= ultimate compound + yellow pad meguiras
Finish = ultimate polish + black pad meguiras
4.Chemical guys black light
5.Dodo juice acrylic spritz

What u think?

70 % of the swirlls gone , But there is some swirlls .

maybe i needed use the cutting pad ?

Well, also a matter of how your used the UC... working time, pressure, arm speed.

this is how i working :
UC + yellow pad 2.0 meguiars - 3 dots on the pad , section working small , each section 4 pasess ( left to right +up and down 4 times ) ,
first i sperding the UC with speed 1
then i working on the section with speed 5 + very slow arm + preesure

ultimate polish+black pad 2.0 meguiars - 3 dots on the padn , working on small section , 4 pasess ( left to right +up and down 4 times ) ,
first sperding the UP on speed 1
then i working on speed 4 with light preesure

Looks much better than before. Do you have a better of photo of those swirls you still have? They may be RIDS that are deep in the paint. You may just have to live with them.

Big improvement!

It sounds like your technique was about right. As said above, the swirls my just be deep.. Or perhaps you could try stepping it up to M105 and/or MF pads.
