Clay and Polish is a good way to ensure the previous LSP is removed. If you are using a compound like UC or 105 for any or reaction, the LSP doesn't stand a chance.

You can also consider M26 High Tech Yellow Wax as you don't need any cleaning ability of the gold class and you will polish with UP anyway. UC+UP+M26 or Gold Class will work well on that truck.

Thanks, I'll go shopping this week for M26. I have a bottle of nxt 2.0 around here. Which would give best gloss or pop in the sun. It's hot here in louisiana

Gold Class will give depth and warmth, slight darkening of the color. NXT will give you sheer gloss. M26 will give a good amount of flake pop. Pick your poison

I'm confused, your title says "best way to remove old wax/sealants applied"

                  then you say this:

I'll adress both, what's the problem with what's on your paint that you want to remove wax?

You want to "start fresh" on your garage shelf or your paint?

Starting fresh with paint, trying to remove all the other so-called-best wax products from my paint. I will update my meguiars line, and throw everything else out.
