Deep Crystal or Black Wax

Hey guys,

I would like to know which steps is better to follow for an BMW X3 Sapphire Black.
So, is better to use Black Wax followed with the NXT 2.0 or Gold Class Plus Wax?

or

Should I use Deep Crystal Cleaner Wax/Paint Cleaner then Deep Crystal Polish and after NXT2.0 or Gold Class Plus Wax?

Which do you think is better?

All I want is a good protection and to create an long lasting deep-wet black.

I think GC will give you the aesthetics you are looking for but you are probably going to have to wax about once a month as GC doesn't have the durability as the majority of the protection will come from the carnauba in GC.
Now if you are talking about waxing 3-4 times a year, you are better off with NXT as it is a synthetic and will outlast GC. However, NXT will give you a nice crisp shine but not too much depth that GC will offer.

You can certainly top NXT with GC if you want to take another step.
Do note, NXT will need to cure 12hrs before you apply GC.

Black loves to be polished. So if your not going to polish it then your not going to get the "best" shine possible.
Ate you doing this by hand?
Just use NXT. Long lasting protection and a great shine.

I can do it by hand or with DA Power system.

So black wax is better then buy Deep Crystal Cleaner & Polish? after I will top it with NXT 2.0

The Deep Crystal system is pretty mild, so a mild cleaner/wax like the Black wax wont be dramatically different.

If you want long lasting protection then use NXT. You could always get ultimate polish and follow up with either NXT or ultimate wax. Don't forget to clay if the paint feels like it needs it.
