I remember seeing a how-to video for the UP with a DA last year. I may be hallucinating because I can't find it now. Anybody know what I'm talking about - they talk about moving slow and working in the oils. I forget the proper application - do I move as quick as with Swirl X or go slower to work in the oils? Do I do a final wipe with the clean side of a cloth?

Do what the bottle says for UP - With the DA use medium speed 4-4-1/2 setting with 4-6 passes over a 2x2 area. My arm speed is not slow, but not fast with the speed of the DA. I guess it kind of hard to say what my speed is. I'd think it's about right, but unless I had a Meguiar's Specialist standing right by me, I really wouldn't know how I'm doing, lol.

Since SwirlX is more for defect removal (light swirls etc) I'd say you'd be a little slower with the SwirlX but not super slow.
