  • soft water question

    Hi guys
I am thinking about having a soft water line run to the outside for washing cars. About $300. I live in South East Wisconsin where my water is some what hard. I know soft water makes a difference inside the house. How many of you have a soft water line to the outside and does it make a big difference for washing cars? I would keep one hard for watering and and one soft for washing cars. I use Meg's Gold Class Shampoo without many problems now as I wash early in the morning or in the evening and dry fast to avoid water spots from the sun. Thanks

    Re: soft water question

you can but I'd get a DI system before I'd get soft water. Griots Garage has them for the same price.
