  • ColorX and NXT Results

Completed my first wash and wax of the season. After washing the car and while it was wet, I used a Clay bar on the horizontal surfaces. Couldn't believe how smooth the paint felt afterward! Then I applied ColorX using an orbital buffer and removed when dry. Finally, I waxed using NXT and the buffer. Results were outstanding on my '03 Matrix with silver metallic paint.

Looks good from the small picture. Do you have any more pictures, which are larger?

Do you have more pics? I was going to use this combo next time I wax my truck.

Here is another picture of the hood. Unfortunately, metallic silver doesn't have the deep reflection of black or red. I just finished my wife's 2001 Volvo S60 with the same process. Looks almost better than new! Both cars sit outside; no garages.
