Here is a little how-to about removing all the things listed above.
What you need:
- Meguiar's m83 dual action cleaner/polish
-chalk eraser (cheapest one with microfiber) it cost about 70 cents.



clean the window, prime the chalk eraser with some m83 and then apply some (just a few drops, it works like a charm) to the window you want to clean make sure to work by sections, use medium to soft pressure with front and back motion, work it the time you work this product on paint, remove the excess and then you can notice the difference.
here is the before and after on the windshield from an ibiza, the section cleaned is the mid top.

you don't need to do hard work to remove it, trust me it is cheap and easy to do it, i hope it works for you.
I used other products like m105 and i got the best results with this, maybe because the cleaners on it, i don't know.
