Just gotta say...........................this stuff kick @ss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been testing it out on a few cars now with grills......and man does this stuff rock! Makes life so easy, dries very quickly, wipes off paint and glass without a fuss............and it even does a great job of conditioning!

I was working on a 2000 Fprd Taurus and the trim around the windows is always hard to get looked good without getting awful dressing on the paint which never wipes off. This trim was dry, it was old, it was dirty (I cleaned it of course ) but the Plastic and Vinyl Coating really brought it back to life! I was super impressed! I like it better than Ultimate Black right now as it is faster and easier to apply. The trim was soaking in the stuff and I needed 7 coats of this stuff before the trim was conditioned to my liking. Trim wasn't as rough and looked a heck of a lot better. It was becoming more supple which told me the stuff was working.

The cowl was gray, old, dry and faded. 4 coats of this aerosol dressing and, well it didn't come back good as new, but it looked a heck of a lot better.

I HIGHLY recommend this product for all exterior trim.

It also came in handy for the trim around the exterior antenna where it is impossible to get a lotion dressing with an applicator. 3 sprays and moving on.

The durability is about a week if there is consisten rain or 3-4 weeks if there is sparse rain. That is more than acceptable for me for a few blasts of a trigger.

And, the kicker, it's only $5. Pretty cheap when compared to other similar products. Detailer's Pro Series came out with a similar product but it is $12.99 for 11 oz. where the Meguiars version is 10 oz. For the 1 oz. difference I'll go with the Meguiars one.

Just wanted to sing the praises of this product because it is quickly becoming one of my favorites!

Do try it! You will love it!

Videos to follow soon. I ran out during the detail and I am going to order more within this next week!

      Thanks for the review Shawn.

You don't see/hear much about this product. Has it been around long?

We had a very similar product a few years ago in the Detailer Line and discontinued it. It was resurrected under this new name - "back by popular demand" kind of thing. It really is great stuff - long lasting, super easy to apply (provided it's not windy since, after all, this is an aerosol product!).

Oops, almost forgot ------ Thanks for the review, Shawn, glad you like it so much!!

I am going to get this and try on my Subie's front grill. I have been painstakingly using Q tip to apply protectant on it. This aerosol will certainly help. Thanks Shawn.

Two thumbs up from me as well. I use it on the grey plastic wheelwells on my Ranger and it lasts through rain, doesn't run from dew or rain and lasts for at least two weeks.

So for grills and other fiddly areas, can you simply spray on and walk away? Or do you need to buff / wipe up the excess?

I understand you may need to wipe off the excess you may have got on any painted areas/glass etc, but the less you need to wipe in the tight areas, the better.

Usually, you can spray and walk away unless you spray it on heavy then you will need to wipe off the excess.

                  Sounds good, thanks Shawn.

                  Does it attract dust?

I spray and go, don't wipe. You can turn the spray nozzle to Low Medium or High (tried to take a pic but didn't come out). It has never attracted dust on my vehicles.

Here is an example of the kind of restoration we are talking about.

How does this product compared to Ultimate Protectant?

I actually find UP too shiny on the front dash, especially under the sun.
