Re: Swirl X, Ultimate Polish
First off, get the car into a good light source and evaluate if the car has deep swirls or not. On your black BMW paint, there is a good chance it will clean up just fine with Ultimate Polish.
ScratchX and SwirlX are probably not going to be necessary if you have Ultimate Compound and Ultimate Polish, but you'll have to experiment. Here's what I would do:
1) Start by washing and claying the vehicle. You want the surface to be as clean as you can possibly get it.
2) Try a test spot (a small area) of Ultimate Polish with a polishing pad. If it looks good, do the rest of the car. If it doesn't take out the swirls to your liking, then step it up to ScratchX or Ultimate Compound.
3) Go over the whole car with your swirl-removing product of choice
4) If you haven't used ultimate polish yet, use it
5) Wax
Enjoy!
