    How would I go about fixing this? -Mom's car

    Not sure if I can fix this with my limited supplies.

    Seems like it's down to the plastic on the spoiler, I believe this is a result of a piece of bird poop that got baked in during one summer...bout the size of a dime.

    She's not really concerned (heck I don't even believe she knows it's there) about it but I was just curious if the UC and UP and or UW would help this out at all?

    Not if it is down to the plastic... but nothing wrong with applying a bit and seeing if it improves any.

      I assume you're working by hand since you didn't mention a DA. Ultimate Compound applied to a hand pad should clean it right up - if it's fixable.
