    All help is appreciated!

    I have seen alot of answers to this question,but I kew this is the place to ask.I got a new bed or should I say used in great condition for my 02 sierra denali pick up,but!!! it has a scrap yard pen/paint pen or a grease pen numbers on both sides,WHY? I have tried rubbing alcohol,mild compound,nail polish remover, it seems to be stained into the paint?is there any way to remove this with out re-painting?please help thanks

      IT was a marine compound for oxidized boats,kinda of a no frills brand found at boat us
