  • M21 went watery and separated in Mirror Glaze squeeze bottle

    Hi guys,

My 3 years old M21 went watery and separated in a Mirror Glaze squeeze bottle I poured it into about 6 months ago. By "separated" I mean that even after shaking, the M21 is full of little air/water bubbles. I suspect the Mirror Gglaze squeeze bottle was not air tight enough. By "watery" I mean that the shaken solution has a thin consistency.

The rest of my M21 that is still in the original Mirror Glaze 1/2 gallon jug is still fine - thick and has a solid colour.

    Anyone else experience this?

Its too bad, because I loved using the Mirror Glaze squeeze bottle.

I think the #21 easily seperated in general, but then also seemed to still work fine.

I hope this doesn't happen to mine - I've done the exact same thing as you Slicked. I try to make a habit of shaking mine up every few months though.

You've made me want to go check my bottle now...

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I had been using my squeeze bottle regularly in the six months so it was getting regular shakes. *I only thought to compare the look of the liquid to that in the jug when I noticed the air bubbles in the sunlight one day that I was working outdoors. *I had also been noticing little water pockets forming on the paint as I'd spread the M21. *

I guess it is a professional product and is not meant to be used over the long periods of time that we consumers use it. *In any case, the stuff in the jug is perfect.

This happened with my M105 and I sent Megs the label and they sent me a fresh gallon. Great customer service.

I checked my squeeze bottle and it's fine. It's been in that bottle for about 14 months now, though I do shake it up every couple of months..
