Pad Backing Separation

Hello,

I have two Meguiar's Soft Buff 6.5" (prior to 2.0) polishing pads were the backing has separated from the pad. These pads have only been used maybe three or four times and never washed since I clean them on the fly. I was wondering is there anyway I can get these pads replaced?
